Loco Navajo tacos

We stopped at the Cameron Trading Post, located at the crossroads in Cameron, AZ just outside Grand Canyon National Park.  I'd read about the Navajo tacos here, so we had to try them.  They are served at Fern (Karen's new vegetarian restaurant), so we had to conduct field work!
 We ordered a beef and a vegetarian taco to split.  These things were bigger than hubcaps.  We could have easily shared one for the four of us!  They were awesome and we took the remainder to go, along with the order of frybread we had no chance of finishing.
